Governance:
The association works under a governance that adheres to the controls and systems that regulate its work, and through which it seeks an effective model that relies on official legislation derived from the laws and regulations issued by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. With such legislation, the association also aims to achieve the desired performance efficiency and is enabled to make decisions with high commitment, responsibility, transparency and quality.
Establishment Decision:
The Culinary Association was established according to the Grassroots organizations and Societies ‘Rules and Regulations issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (61) dated (02/18/1437 H). Its executive regulations issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (73739) dated (06/11/1437 H).
